Which is the best palce to mail order live stock? How do their garuntees work?

Is there anything else that I should know before I make my first mail (or actually internet) order.

I order through vividaqaurium.com They have a 15 day guarantee on their stuff, minus some hard to keep items. They call to arrange delivery and overnight it via fed-ex. They have good prices and a ton of stuff. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a quality lfs nearby, like me.

hrm ive ordered from liveaquaria / etropicals before...

actually they are the only place I order from, their guarantees work. I had a DOA cleaner shrimp (only one out of about 20 things ive ordered from there) and they had no problem in refunding my money or giving me credit.

just make sure you are there when they deliver it, or else no guarantees
