Blac Cap gift

my daughter gave me a black cap as a gift , can any one tell me if he is hardy, kind of food and care.

They are a good addition to a reef aquarium. They can become territorial once established and shouldn't be kept with other basslets. They will eat pods so you won't be able to keep a mandarin. They do well on a meaty diet(mysis,brine and other frozen meaty foods)
