Any advice on the care of eels?
I first put him in and he kept bumping into the condy anenome. Is it ok to have anenomes and an eel in the same environment? He seems to have figured it out. Also, what kind of food is needed for eels? I bought frozen krill and frozen silversides.

Anyone know what is NOT compaitable with eels?

thanks

not only the fish, but also your crabs and snails. I think at this point you need to decide what type of tank you wish to keep, one with fish or a predator tank.
Also, your tank is not large enough for the care of that eel. Recommended tank size is 100 gallons. Even if it is not full grown now, it won't take it long to reach a
size that is too large for your 55 gallon. The other issue that I see is water quality, your filtration is not going to be able to handle the bioload that this eel will produce, along with your other fish. Soon your anemone will start to suffer from poor water quality unless you plan on doing ALOT of water changing.
