Bubble Algae

So I woke up this morning to a small bubble on one of my small rocks. Looks like a greenish black pearl. What is the best way to eliminate this before it becomes an issue?

Manual removal without popping the thing, if you don't think you can do that don't. Leaving it in vs popping it is better IMO

What about taking the rock out and scrubbing it?

That might work, but be careful in doing so

they're pretty easy to remove, the bubbles are harder than you'll expect. Just be REALLY careful. With a single bubble I'd just try to pluck it.

The bigger they get, the harder they are to pop IME.
