Bubbles

I see clear bubbles in several live rocks.. Does this mean anything?

What do you mean clear bubbles? Just regular air bubbles? If so, then there's nothing to worry about lol.. it's just air. If the bubbles are attached to algae or something like that, then you might have a problem.

Yep. You should be fine, it's most likely just that. Air being released from the microfauna in your live rock.
