My tank is about a month old. Particulars are below.
I have a lot of tiny clear/white particles in my tank. Several times a minute my Hagen 802 powerheads emit a stream of these into the tank. I have a short video but it's too big 2 upload here. A picture doesn't quite show it, they look like streaks but are separate dots. Hard to tell if these are tiny air bubbles or something else.
Does any one else have these or know what they are?

I'm thinking that the Hagen PH's are adjustable for flow. Try changing the flow adjustment one way or the other. This may help with the cavitation. Are you seeing any of this from the sump return?

I'll try to get someone to remove the filter inserts and see ih that helps. Should I remove and clean them? They were in and running when I added the Southdown last month. The original filters were caked when I took them out.

Hi Logan,

Not happening from the sump return. I might be able to reach in and try the flow adjustment myself.

Thanks.
