Bugs in the night!

Was looking at my LR with flash light! Saw little creepy crawly maybe 3-5 mm long running on rock and another swimming same size! What might these be?

Those were pods. Good to have in your tank.

Here's a good read on them: You Can't Tell Your "Pods" Without A Program by Ronald L. Shimek, Ph.D. - Reefkeeping.com

Yup. It's a good sign of a healthy tank.

I noticed a creepy crawly on my rock the other day..just saw one...it darted back into the rock as soon as it came out. I'm guessing they're 'pods...I'm hoping they're pods

Any Canadians on here? Where does one buy Copepoda to stock a refugium?

Check out "canreef" in their buy sell trade section. I know of one guy near me that cultures pods, brine shrimp, Rotifers and phyto plankton. The other option is to ask your LFS about getting some in. Also if you have macro in your sump it's likely loaded with them, if not grab some more from someone.
