Building an agressive predator tank - what fish?

So when I bought my tank from someone it came with several fish - one of which was a very agressive lunar wrasse.

However- as agressive as he is, he is an awesome fish- very active and swims around alot. So I decided to build another 60-80g tank for my house with other agressive fish.

What all can I put with him?

Triggers? Eels? And if I put in alot of agressive meat eating fish, how badly does this limit the number of cleaning/scavengers that I can put in there?
