Can Inverts get Ich?

Can fish that have Ich infect inverts like, Crabs, Shrimp, Snails, or Starfish?

Just Curious.

Inverts cannot get Ich.. Fish are the only ones succeptable...

But they can (although unlikely is possible) carry it into a system, so quarantining inverts is not a bad idea, if possible. It is not usually possible to quarantine Photosynthetic corals and anemones, but any mobile inverts...it's not a bad idea

Definitely. Just be completely sure that the quarantine system you use for inverts has absolutely no trace of copper whatsoever.
