Not sure if you need a chiller, what are your temperature readings for the tank?

Can't say I've ever seen a chiller with UV in it though.

If my converter is correct that's only like 78 degrees. A good temperature to be at in my opinion. i run most of my tanks at 79. It's if it gets to over 82 or so that I think you might wanna consider a chiller. :)

I run my biocube at a constant 81 but everything inside seems happy enough. This tank has the enclosed lighting which is what i figure keeps the temp so high. But it's stable which counts for a lot.

UV's are pretty much black or white. LOL A lot of people run them with success while a lot of people don't think they are necessary. I haven't been convinced that it's a necessity yet so i don't run one.

Yes u can get a chiller with a built in UV aquacave.com has them I don't remember the brand but they r out there I am pro UV I run a 40 Watt current gamma on my 55 and it helped a lot with the green water

But like stated b4 your tank is at a good temp I don't c u needing a chiller
