Clam

Hello Again,

In my latest inspection I have also found some sort of clam living on my live rock. It opens and closes periodically. It is the circular chape next to the Blennie.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it's probably a tunicate (ascidian - or "sea squirt"), or a sponge.

Whoops - missed the fact that you said "clam" - sorry! We have several small bivalves that came as hitchhikers on our LR. They won't hurt anything, and are decent filter feeders.
