Cleaner Shrimp

Could any shrimp be considered a cleaner shrimp or just the one classified "cleaner shrimp"

Lysmata amboinensis are the true cleaners. You can see them here

And thats about it. There are other, but not common to the hobby.

My fire shrimp seems to clean more than 2 cleaners

My 2 cleaners and 3 fire shrimp are too lazy or the fish were to scared to ever get cleaned.....kinda stinks
