Cleaner shrimp question

Hi guys,
I have had a cleaner shrimp for quite a few months now. Today I noticed it has hundreds of little green balls by his back "legs." I think they might be eggs but am not sure. I also only have one shrimp so is it that they produce eggs that have to then be fertilised in the tank, im kinda confused :S

Definately "berried". I am not an expert about the whole process though.
