Cleaning the film from the top of the tank

I have a 75FOWLR and I'm using an oceanclear filter and a aquaC protien skimmer. Bt I have this flim at the top of the tank, how can I get rid of that?

Thanks

i use a surface skimmer like this one...
http://marinedepot.com/md_viewItem.a...roduct=HG10240

i have it hooked up to my aqua c pump intake. it took a bit of work to get the two connected, but it works great. i suppose if you have a filter, you should hook it up to that, but since i dont run a filter, i had no other place to go with it.

i ended up fitting a pvc pipe from the outlet of the surface skimmer to the pump intake. it was 100% custom, but it came out working nicely...
