cleaning the inside glass of my new tank

I finally picked up my new Red Sea Max c-130 tank. After doing a leak check and drying off the glass I noticed some sort of film on the inside of the glass. I tried ro water but it did nothing to clean off the streaks. What can I use to clean the inside

try some white vinegar. you must have pretty hard water.

the marks were there before the leak test so it wasn't my water. I guess it came that way from red sea
