Closed up turbo snail

I have a turbo snail who has been pretty active close up today. It hasn't moved within the past 4 hours. I did the smell test and it doesn't give off the foul, vomit inducing oder I've read about. My CUC doesn't bother it either. Any one ever run into this with positive ending, or should I pull it out?

Unfortunately mine did not recover when it closed up. I think it lasted until the next day and he was gone .

What are your parameters? A water change may help.

Keep a close eye on.. They need more than a few hours to start stinking.. But as soon as you can determine if it's dead, yank it out because they are disgusting if you get them after a couple of days of rotting
