Collard greens

Some fish will eat things such as lettuce, but there isn't very much nutritional value to it. In terms of most of the fish listed, consuming such a thing would require it to be processed as they aren't the best grazers in the world when it comes to things that don't grow under water.
 
Perhaps a medium steaming to tenderize the greens.

Maybe dice the greens up in small bits, though I guess you could add a chunk of leaf to make it easier to remove later. Try a tiny amount, sometimes like with people it takes a bit of time to get used to the new food.

Snails and some other fish will like these. Remove uneaten portion after 6-8 hours I would think.
 
I think you are thinking of lettuce, Collard Greens is a nutritional power house green food.
