Converting Meq/L to DKH

I have been battiling raiseing my CA,ALK and am not having a whole lot of luck. the CA started at 350 and My Alk was at 2 meq/l. I dosed Baking soda to get the alk up, and my Ca went down to 300.

anyway to the Question at hand. Kevin once gave me a link to a site for converting meq/l to dkh, and what it should be at a certain CA level. does any one know the site, or can tell me how to convert?
