Just Browseing my local craigs list and i found a guy that will sell me his live rock for 2 dollars a lbs. That is awesome. I am going to look at it tonight. i will mke sure it is good before i just throw it in im pretty sure he know what he is talking about though cause of the way he was talking.

Makes sure to find out what kinds of meds he has used in that tank.

If copper was used in the tank at all, it can build up in the tank (including in the liverock) and leech out into your water, which will kill your inverts. If the tank you are getting the liverock from has healthy inverts in it, you don't need to worry about copper use. :)
 
2 dollars a lb is a good deal if it`s OK. The other folks told you what to check for.
 
Sounds like a good deal. Post some pics of the new rock when you get a chance.
