copepod kit

Can I purchase a copepod kit and put in my tank while I'm keeping it fallow?

What do amphipods look like? I saw something in my tank that I'm not sure it was supposed to be there. It was a little less than 1/2" long very narrow white in color and looked like it had little legs all around. Kinda like a centerpied. It was died.

I see no problem with adding a copepod kit to a fallow tank.
