Hey all,

My wife is considering letting me upgrade my tank to a 60" 100gal, only if we could get, in her words, a "Dory".

We all ready have a Coral Beauty dwarf angel. Is there any problems with keeping a Powder Blue tang and a coral beauty in a 60" 100g reef.

Thanks

John

nah, but a dory is a Blue Tang, not a powder. but I keep a powder in my 125. Should be fine, may even have room for one more! ;)

I have a coral beauty and a yellow tang (which I think is more agressive than the blue). They get along fine, but they're not buddies or anything.

The coral gets along fine with everybody, once in awhile the tang will chase him, but 4-5 inches or so, and that's that.

I get confused on the blue tangs - there are regals, blue max, powers, hippo's...

The coral beauty could be the trouble fish if you have a reef as you say. Angels are prone to nip on corals. I had to get rid of mine because he destroyed 2 corals.
