Coral + LR only tank?

Hey guys, I was thinking for my birthday I would turn my current twenty gallon FW into a SW tank with some awesome zoas and some peppermint shrimp or maybe a goby of some sort. I have never done a SW tank before so I have some questions.

First off, can I turn my 20g freshwater into a saltwater or do I need a brand new unused tank?

Where can I get a good tutorial on how to start up a SW tank? I've never done one before and I need some information.
Also I would like to frag my zoas and trade them or sell them for in-store credit at my local reef store.

You can turn your 20g tank from FW to SW, but you may have to change out what you have in 20g. There are numerous ways to make this work.
