I brought my first corals of the Internet today (in the uk). They all soft corals. Four of them. Trouble is they turned up at 5pm which means they were travelling a long time (they post them day before) and there was no heat pack in the box! I thought a heat pack is a must! Problem is I'm new to this and although the corals dint look brilliant I'm not qualified enough to judge if I need to complain or get em in my tank quick. Sorry the pics are not brilliant. I'd love to hear your opinions? Some i.ds would be good too as they didn't put names on them

I'd give them a few days, my corals always look kinda hinky when I first get them home. :)

let us know how it turns out.
