Tank been running for 3 years

Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Ph 8.3
Nitrate 25 high I know

Nothing at all just added a different skimmer , and moved the live rock around and added few different fish

That is still pretty major. Basically removed filtration since the skimmer will need time to tune itself in normally, kicked up a ton of gunk from moving the rocks, and increased the bioload of the tank. Probably explains why you had an odd pod die off and "higher" nitrates, which you pointed out previously.

Sounds like business as usual. Water changes to get the nitrates down.

Alright thanks for that , another thing I added a scopas tang in today and its not agreeing with my yellow tang they keep fighting with each other , any ideas on what I should do ?

Turn the lights off for a few hours. I have both in my tank and there will be some scuffling but they will be ok in a day or two.
