do ghost shrimps breed in saltwater ?

Quick question: Do ghost shrimps breed in a saltwater tank ?
I need them for my lionfish and I am wondering if I could rise some of those in the separate refugium tank or they will die anyway after couple of hours. Do I need a separate freshwater tank for them ?
