does this make sense

Ok I have a 20 gallon tank and I used conditioned tap water. Real ocean sand that has been kept wet. I have diatioms. my reading were
ph-8.3
am-.25
ni-0
na-5
sg-1.025
Does this mean that my tank is cycled it has been about 20 days since the beginning. I didn't use shrimp or a fish to cycle, it did it, itself.
does this make sense.

you have ammonia, so cycle isn't finished, or your test kit is bad. have your LFS retest.

Do you have live rock?
