Drs Foster Smith Refractometer

Hi,
I've been considering the Drs Foster Smith Portable refractometer, does anyone have experience with this one?
How does it compare to more expensive models? I tried to do some googling but I can't seem to find a brand name.
Drs foster smith also sells a VitalSine refractometer but is considerably more money, but says it is for true seawater, not a brine solution.
I'm guessing the cheaper model is calibrated for a brine solution, won't that be a problem?

Lots of questions but any info you could offer would be great, I'm tire of using this hydrometer!
Thanks
