What's the best and most efficient way to cure dry rock, I'm ordering some and I wanted to know what's the best way to cure it ? I'm also adding a few live rock pieces to help with beneficial bacteria.

You don't have to worry about the live rock to seed it. It will all come with time. Just get a container that can hold water, your tank will work if it has yet to be set up, and throw it in. Toss a cocktail shrimp into some pantyhose, tie it off, and toss it in. Your cycle begins! This is by far the easiest way to cycle a tank, as the shrimp will be a constant ammonia source so you don't have to re-dose the tank. Then, once you get 0 ammonia/nitrites, clean up is a snap. Just throw away the pantyhose.
