Duncan closed up

I got 2 duncans last night, a single and a triple head. The single is happily open, but the triple didn't open today, although it did open last night. Should I be concerned? They are in a lower flow area of the tank.

It might take a day or two to acclimate to the tank. Are they getting plenty of light. I also would put them in a moderate flow area.

I read they like low flow and moderate light....I will give them a couple of days before I start tweaking their location.

Mine never fully opened till I put them in direct light with moderate flow. But each tank set up is different.

Mine like medium flow high light. Also try and feed mysis when they do start to open, they will love it.

I moved them earlier this evening. The single head opened right up. The triple head looks like he's thinking about it...

Mine went from a 3 headed frag to at least 9 that I can count it about 3 months. They grow very quick.

Yes, higher flow. Hopefully the triple head decides it's worth the effort to open today. It was open very nicely when I picked it up the other night.

That's so awesome man. Post more pics in a month or so. I bet you'll have at least 2-3 more buds started

I hope so. I'm going to round out this nano with a blasto from my LFS in the next couple of weeks, then it's grow time

That should be awesome. When you get it all set up with everything your putting in you should post a full tank shot.
