Dwarf Zebra Lion Fish?

My lfs has one that I have a hold on. He's about 2 to 2 1/2 inches. I know these guys eat inverts in the wild and I am wondering if it's a good idea to put him in my tank with my cleaner shrimp.

The cleaner is actually the same size or bigger than the lion. I'm thinking of getting a few ghost shrimp so he has something to eat and stays away from the cleaner shrimp.

Think this will work, or am I putting my cleaner in jeopardy???

I'm sure the lion will eat the shrimp. You'd be amazed at the size prey a lionfish can consume. I had a fuzzy dwarf that ate a damsel that was the same size as he was. 8O

you never know. don't be suprised if it happens.

If possible. try to get him on frozen foods. you can do this by "starving" him and waving a piece of food in front of his face (on a stake) eventually he will go for it.
