Electric Blue Damsels

I have a 'pair' of blue damsels and was wondering if they were a true male/female pair?
Both are identical apart from one of them has black shading to the fins and tail....

Any help would be appreciated

I did some research for you and this is what I found:Males from some indonesian waters have a blue tail with a dark border; in other gorgraphic areas the tail is bright orange. The females tail is clear.
