elegance coral being invaded

Does anyone know anything about a little burrowing animal that burrows inside coral skeletons? Got one of these little guys inside an elegance coral, sticks out of it's tunnel in the skeleton, but when you shine a light on it it covers the hole it's in with a piece of something that almost matches the skeleton. what is this thing and how do you go about getting rid of it?

Do a google image search for gall crab. They are the more common hard coral parasite.

Cheers
