Emerald crab and Lettuce sea slug

If I had an emerald crab and a lettuce sea slug in the same 10 gallon tank would there be any conflict?

Yeah, there simply won't be enough food for both and the lettuce nudibranch will die of starvation. They need fields of hair algae simply to survive and a 10 won't provide enough.
