Emptying tank

In the next couple of months I am going to be tearing down my tank to drill for overflows. My question is if I move my anemone(which I will have to) will this affect the relationship between it and my ocellaris?

IMO, any disruption in the tank environment will only want to make the clown seek out the anenome more. I have a pair of true percs and whenever I move things around they always look to the anenomes for safety (only after the bigger one bites me a couple of times ) If you house them together during the transition I think you will be okay.
