None of that is "necessary". To keep sps stability is key. A mature tank and maintaining calcium, alkalinity and magnesium are the main things with keeping sps.
Ok so the only thin that drops rapidly in my tank is the alk. Other than that everything else will last the week for my water change. So should I be ok with growth. I use Red Sea pro salt.
380 is fine. It should be around 400-450 but 380 isn't terrible. Start with "easier" sps like birdsnest or montipora and grow those. Once you can grow those successfully then move into acropora.
