Hey everyone,

I wasn't sure where to post this but I have a question regarding my Favia coral.
A few weeks ago my Favia started to have its tentacles out during the day. And has done so ever since. Is this a good thing? bad? I've only read that they come out at night for feeding but recently its been open during the day. It looks healthy and doing okay, hasn't grown much but I wasn't sure.

Thanks for your help in advance!

I can try and get a picture as soon as possible if needed, but it is pretty straight forward.:)

That's just the feeding tentacles. They typically feed at night but if you feed during the day they will open up expecting it. As far as growth they are slow growers.

Okay very cool thank you! :) I don't feed during the day but I guess I can switch it up some times for it.
