Feeding Condy Anenomes

Can regular feedings of formula one flake food supply a condy anenome with what it needs? Or what else should one feed a condy?

I'd make a trip to the grocery store now and then more some fresh seafood. A nice shrimp for example, cut into smaller pieces, can then be frozen and thawed as necessary.
