Unhappy Feeding Pattern

How often and how much should I feed my fish? I have a 65g reef with 5 fish, two anemonees, one star fish and 3 red scalops. Also a small colony of mushrooms and about 5 hermit crabs.

The general rule of thumb is feed no more then your fish can devour completely in 5 mins or so and remove the left overs. Feed like that every other day and you should be fine. The anemones usually don't need direct feeding as they get most of their food from lighting, but it also depends on the species. The starfish will feed on detritus and left overs so no worries with him. Maybe someone can chime in about the scallops though as I have never personally kept any.

I feed mine every other day. I feed a variety of things. I dont directly feed my corals and never did my anenomes either. My corals get all they need from the lighting and water column.
