so i just got my first corals...a rock with about 8 or 10 striped mushrooms

the guy at the LFS said i should add some Coral Accel and some Strontium & Molybdenum

If read before that you don't need to add anything as long as your good with the water changes (I do about 10% a week/week and a half)

Should I add or should i just keep up with the water changes or what?

Good ol' LFS

A good salt mix contains all the elements needed and at the right concentrations. Your water changes will be perfectly adequate until you build up your coral stocks, and even then all you reallly need to be concerned with is calcium.

Keep up with the water changes and forget the supplements. Keep tabs on calcium and alkalinity if either starts to fall out of spec then look into a balanced Ca/Alk supplement.
