Fish from Ocean.

Ok, I know there is a specialize license you must get for collecting your own fish. But does anyone have any information or a website they could share on doing this. Legalities, etc. Suggestions on collecting fish, etc.

Anyone ever find a PVC suction device for catching them? I believe I saw one 3 years back, but haven't seen anything on a number of websites. If I can't buy one going to have to start designing my own!

we used a pvc suction device down in mexico to catch crabs and shrimp and such to use as bait. its seemed pretty easy to design. i dunno how good they would be for catching fish though

if i not mistaking there are a few ya can get without a licence like jaw fish as long as their under 3" go to a local bait shop should have a list of what you can and cant take
