Flower leather

i have a new flower leather in my tank and it hasent really done much. here are the specifics

55gallon
lots of live rock
live sand
berlin skimmer
orbit power compacts 2x96

placed near the top of the tank. and tips/ ideas i purchased it online and have had it for about a day and a half.

How did you acclimate it? How long has your tank been running? What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates)?

Any and all info about your tank would be very helpful.

i acclimated it for at least 1 hour
tank been running about 7-8 months at least
my water specifics should be fine, havent tested them today, but have been normal. thanks michael

Leathers can take a few days to really open up and get comfortable with the tank. I wouldn't worry, give it some time. Not a bad idea to acclimate to light as well, start at low placement and move it up a little at a time.

Ditto, My toadstool leather took almost 3 weeks to decide he liked my tank and open back up.
