Food breeding project

So as I'm setting up my tank for a lionfish I am also getting my 29 together to breed food for him. Anyone know what the best thing to feed him. And help to start the breeding will be awesome

I had an adult red lion fish and her ate frozen silversides I would soak in vitamins first. He also liked any kind of shrimp.

What about breeding some mollies?

I know goldfish are a bad idea. Not sure about the Mollies. Not that they won't eat them. I think lion fish would eat a tin can under the right circumstances.
