Will a foxface destroy corals

Anythings possible. But I've had my fox face almost a year now with every kind of corals from zoas to NPS and he's never touched anything.

I have had mine for 2 and he has never bothered them. Is if possible yours was picking algae from the base of the coral and not necessarily eating the coral ?

Foxfaces are generally safe with corals but not all specemins are exactly the same.

I think mine took out some Xenia. But thats the only thing i suspect hes touched

You should be thankful he took out some Xenia! That stuff spreads like crazy. I gave mine away.
