How do I frag this?

Just cut a piece off the crown of the top. Take a razor blade and slice just an edge off then take either super glue or a rubberband to attach that piece to a rock. Toodstoal leather is what it is usually refered to. Nice coral and nice pic!

Thanks for the info Gooy, any recomendation on the size to cut off of it? What about time as well, how long does it take to regenerate?

It should take about a week or so...maybe longer to recover. It will heal up pretty quickly though. It all depends on the size of your leather of how much you should cut off. I would recommend about an 1" or so. You can also cut that in half and it should grow also. It will take the frag about 1-2 weeks to full attach to the new rock you put it on. The new frag will grow almost identical to the mother colony. HTH
