Well im going to be fragging my leather, which i know how to do already. My question is on my torch coral. Whats the easiest way to frag a torch coral anyone have any experience doing it? And how long does it take to grow new heads and polyps? Thanks.

The branching torch coral is pretty easy to frag. Just break off a few heads in a clump from the mother colony. e careful not to touch the coral polyps. Growth rate is going to greatly depend on CA and ALK, and nutrition.

Thanks lando thats exactly how i was going to do it and have read about, just wanted to be on the safe side... and ask. :) I actually think it has started to grow new heads already and have had it about a month. Reason i need to frag it is because its on the sandbed and is all the way around on all sides already. Just wondering how much they on average grow with awesome water quality. Everythings at 0 CA is at 400
