I just pick a bar up at my LFS....$8.99...a little bit goes along way. I cut a little bit off and it full up the whole tank

You can also get it freeze dried.. Just do not overfeed with it or it can lead to an algae bloom since it is so nutrient dense!

I have it and the fish and corals seem to love it. I just sitck the end in the water and wave it around a bit till enough falls off. I cut it into chunks at first and it just made a mees for me. IMO worth the $$
