Fresh produce??

I have been feeding my fish, dried nori, spiriluna flakes, frozen brine and mysis shrimp, I want to incorporate fresh produce into the mix. Maybe brocoli, romaine lettuce and other types of greens. My concern is pesticides and chlorine thats used by farmers. What steps can I take to insure that what Im putting in the tank will not poison my fish? Besides brocoli and lettuce, what other types of produce can I use ? and finally, How do I get my fish to eat them?

Buy organic grown produce. health food strores. In So. Cal we have trader Joe's and Whole Foods that sell mostly organic grown veggies. Basically the "Kosher" version of veggies. I don't know exactly what greens can be used as foods, but I'm sure some one here can help.
