fug/alge question

Well I got the fug to battle the green hair outbreaks. Then I stocked it with a dsb of fine ls and put a thin layer of crushed lr on the top. I also have bubble, razor, and a type of fern caleurpra along with a single mangrove stalk. My alge growth in the tank seems to still be going strong so my question is: is my fug stocked correctly to fight the hair alge outbreaks or is there something else i can add/do to help more. I have been doing ten gallon water changes weekly and scrubbing as much of the alge as i can but it seems to keep coming back! Any help is greatly appreciated
