Agreed. Relative to setting up up it will be easy... With a little foresight it is easy to fill in the wall when you move. You wouldn't want to hide any plumbing in the wall or anything anyway so you can have access to it. Electrical and a floor drain/plumbing would be biggest hurdle for me... If it were me I would go with as big a room as possible for the fish room as you may want to add a couple of tanks for a fuge and qt tank and room gets taken up quickly. I would recommend not having laundry in there as well but completely doable. Laundry would add heat and chemicals in close proximity to the tank. i think heat will be the biggest thing you will be battling.
