Glass cleaning

Just out of curiosity. Who keeps the sides of the of their tank clean. Or do people just prefer to let the algae cover it?

Completely clean. I even scrape off any coraline from my glass.
Any algae anywhere bothers me.

I just let algae cover mine too. Just people's preferences and like I said, just out of curiosity

I prefer clean, but I am a little ocd.

I prefer clean sides as well, but the way my tank is situated the sides are both visible from the outside. Clean sides provides an interesting viewing angle from the living room and dining room. Looking through the side, on a fully stocked 6' reef, looks pretty cool!

Depends on where the tank is and where I can see it from.
